2. Booking Terms

All bookings made through the platform are subject to availability. A booking is considered "Confirmed" only after successful payment verification by our administrative team.

• You must provide accurate traveler information, including legal names as they appear on NID/Passports.
• Manual payments (bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer) must include the correct Transaction ID for verification.
• Failure to provide payment proof within 12 hours of booking may lead to automatic cancellation.

3. User Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the tours. Bynd BD acts as a facilitator and curated travel provider, and while we ensure the highest standards of safety, travelers must adhere to local laws and forest department regulations in eco-zones.

4. Content Ownership

The editorial content, photography, and brand identity of Bynd BD are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
