Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Timeline

We understand that plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the traveler and our local service partners:

• 14+ Days Before Departure: 100% refund of the total package price.
• 7-13 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total package price.
• Less than 7 Days Before Departure: No refund possible due to non-refundable commitments made to hotels and transport providers.

2. Manual Processing

Since we utilize a manual payment verification model, all refunds are also processed manually. Once a refund request is approved, the funds will be sent back to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank Account) within 5-7 business days.

3. Force Majeure

In cases of extreme weather conditions, political unrest, or forest department closures (e.g., Sundarbans closing for breeding season), Bynd BD reserves the right to reschedule the tour or provide a credit note for future travel.

4. Partial Refunds

No refunds will be provided for unused services during the trip (e.g., skipping a meal or a planned activity) once the tour has commenced.
